{Lightning}Lightning is a battle expert with mastery of gun, sword, hand-to-hand, and magic based combat. She knows little about herself, she doesn’t even know her real name. What is known about Lightning’s past is that she used to be a high ranking official in an organization of some kind. Lightning has been chosen to bring an end to a world, which is feared by all, known as Pulse. She is now an enemy to all of man kind. She is seen in the E3 2006 trailer fighting off countless amounts of enemies, using a weapon that can transform from a sword to a gun and back again.
{Noctis}
The protagonist of Final Fantasy Versus 13 is the heir to the throne of his country. His royal family’s kingdom has protected the family crystals for generations. His country, which has recently come under attack, has the last crystal in the world.
Although he wears normal, modern day clothing, he works to protect the family crystals from creatures that come from another world.
{Snow Villiers}
Previously known as Mr.33 cm, Snow is the leader of a resistance group called Team Nora, and one of Lightning's companions. Snow has been seen using some kind of machine gun, as well as his bare hands in battle.
{Serah Farron}
Not very much is known about this character, except that she is engaged to Snow and is the younger sister of Lightning.
{Oerba Dia Vanille}
Oerba, at least clothing wise, seems to be the Rikku of Final Fantasy XIII. She has a very cheery personality and looks like the kind of person who always tries to see the best in things. Oerba's weapon is a very odd one; it is a rod that looks as if it has antlers and fishing hooks attached.
{Jihl Nabaat}
Jihl is one of the games antagonists; she works for the Holy Government and commands the PSICOM soldiers. She seems to have a cold and uncaring personality, however her intentions towards Lightning and company, are still relatively unknown.
